  • Performance improvement: The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have significantly improved the performance of athletes or teams they have worked with, through the use of training programs, techniques, or other interventions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: The candidate should be able to adapt their coaching style and approach to the unique needs of each athlete or team, and to adjust their strategies as needed to address changing conditions or circumstances.
  • Impact on athletes: The candidate should be able to demonstrate the positive impact they have had on athletes’ lives, such as by helping them develop confidence, resilience, and other life skills that will benefit them both on and off the field.
