The Paseda360 National Coaching Awards recognise the best coaching talent across a broad range of coaching disciplines
1. Who is eligible to apply for the awards?
Any coach who is currently active and has at least two years of coaching experience is eligible to apply for the awards. The Emerging Coach category looks for 6months to 2 years experience. Coaches can apply for multiple categories as long as they meet the specific criteria for each category.
2. How can I apply for the awards?
To apply for the Paseda360 National Coaching Awards, you need to fill out the online application form on the website. The application form requires you to provide your contact information, coaching experience, client stories and evidence of your impact on your clients or field.
3. What are the criteria for each category?
The criteria for each category are different, and they are listed on the website. Some of the criteria may include the coach's qualifications, certifications, coaching approach, client outcomes, impact, and innovation in coaching practices.
4. Who judges the awards?
The awards are judged by a panel of independent experts who have extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and business. The judges evaluate the applications based on the criteria for each category and select the winners.
5. When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced at the Paseda360 National Coaching Awards ceremony, which will be held on 8th Feb 2024 at the Royal College or Surgeons in London. The ceremony will be attended by coaches, clients and industry leaders.
6. What are the benefits of winning a Paseda360 National Coaching Award?
Winning a Paseda360 National Coaching Award can bring significant benefits, such as increased recognition, credibility, and visibility in the coaching industry. It can also open up new opportunities for networking, collaboration, and business growth.
7. Can I nominate someone for the awards?
Yes, you can nominate a coach for the awards by filling out the online nomination form on the website. The nominee will be notified and invited to apply for the awards if they meet the eligibility criteria.
8. Is there a charge to enter the awards?
Yes, there is a small fee of £25 plus VAT for each category you enter.
9. The entry questions refer to ‘clients’ but I am not self-employed, can I apply?
Yes, we have used the term clients as a catchall for people, leaders, athletes, individuals, organisations and teams.
